Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the job application service at joblessnomore.com (the "Service"), operated by JoblessNoMore ("JoblessNoMore", "we", "us"). By uploading a resume or paying for a campaign you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
You upload a resume and answer a few questions. We build a profile from them, match it against job postings published on employer career sites, and, during a paid campaign, fill out and submit application forms for those jobs in your name. Applications use an email address we create for you on remarkablecandidate.com. We sort what employers send to it, forward what needs you to your own email, and keep a record of each application.
We are not an employment agency or recruiter. We do not place you in a job, negotiate on your behalf, or guarantee a job offer. Employers decide whom to contact and hire. The money back guarantee for paid plans is described in section 5.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is offered for jobs in the United States.
3. Your authorization
By starting a campaign you authorize us, as your agent, to:
- submit job applications in your name using your resume, profile and answers;
- accept the privacy notices, consents and acknowledgements an application form requires in order to apply;
- agree to arbitration agreements in application forms only if you turned that permission on; otherwise we skip those jobs;
- decline voluntary demographic questions unless you choose otherwise;
- create an application email address in your name, put it and your phone number on the resume we generate from your profile, read what employers send to it, enter verification codes, and send your replies from it.
You can pause a campaign from your dashboard at any time.
4. Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume, profile and answers, including work authorization, education, experience and salary expectations. Employers will rely on them. Do not provide information that is false or that you are not entitled to share. We do not add experience, skills or credentials you did not give us. When a form asks something we cannot answer from your information, we ask you.
5. Plans, fees and refunds
There are no free applications. Weekly costs $20 per week for up to 50 applications a week. Monthly costs $99 per month for up to 1,000 applications a month. Prices are in US dollars. A plan renews through Stripe every week or month on the day it started, at the same price, until canceled.
A plan's applications reset at each renewal; unused ones do not carry over. We send applications only to roles that are a strong fit for your profile and answers, spread through your waking hours across the period, with at most 3 applications per company. The number is a ceiling, not a promise: when there are fewer strong fits, we send fewer rather than weaker ones. Applications also depend on complete answers and on employer sites.
Chat is available to every account. A plan is not required for chat.
Each Monthly subscriber gets 5 friend links, or 3 if they subscribed with someone else's friend link. Each link can be used once, by one person who has never had a plan, to subscribe to Monthly at $79 per month for as long as that subscription continues. Links have no cash value and cannot be sold.
Switch or cancel in Manage billing on your dashboard. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. A switch to Monthly starts it and its applications at once, charged in full that day, and a switch to Weekly starts when the paid month ends; neither is prorated. Pausing applications does not pause billing. Contact us with refund requests. A full refund of the current period, or a payment disputed with your bank, ends the plan at once with no further charges and no applications. Settling a dispute does not restart the plan; if the charge stands, you can start a new one.
If you do not get an interview within your first paid month of Monthly, we will refund that first month's payment. Contact hello@remarkablecandidate.com to request the refund.
6. Third party sites
Applications go through employers' career sites and the hiring software they use, which have their own terms and privacy policies. Those sites may change, block automated submissions, close postings or reject applications. We are not responsible for their content, availability or decisions.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to apply on behalf of someone else, to submit false or misleading applications, to harass employers, or to interfere with the Service or the sites it uses. We may suspend a campaign that does.
8. Your account and application address
Access to your dashboard is by a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that address secure. Your application address exists for your job search: we forward interviews, next steps and messages from people to you, and log confirmations and rejections on your dashboard. Only you can send through it, by replying to a forwarded email. You can ask us to close it at any time.
9. Ownership
Your resume, profile and answers remain yours. You give us permission to use them to provide the Service as described in these terms and in our Privacy Policy. The Service itself, including its software and design, belongs to JoblessNoMore.
10. Disclaimers
Except for the money back guarantee in section 5, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not warrant that any application will be received, read or answered.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, JoblessNoMore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost wages, opportunities or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end the Service for you if you breach these terms. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a campaign you already paid for unless you agree.
